How a Quivorn job works

Every job follows the same five stages. The detail changes with the cargo. The discipline does not.

  1. Request

You tell us the cargo, the pickup and drop-off points, and when it needs to arrive.

  2. Quote

We come back with a plan and a price in writing. Nothing moves until you agree.

  3. Assign

We match the job to a vetted carrier with the right truck, and brief the driver.

  4. Move

We follow the cargo through each checkpoint and tell you early if anything changes.

  5. Confirm

Delivery is confirmed with a signed receipt and photos. Then the job closes.

What we check at each checkpoint

Cargo, documents, truck, driver and timing are verified at each handover. If something slips, you hear it from us first, with a revised plan.

Common questions

Where do you operate?

We are headquartered in Abuja and coordinate freight from the ports to destinations across Nigeria, with the network built to extend across Africa and into global trade lanes. We open each new corridor only once we can run it to standard, and we will tell you plainly which routes are live.

Do you own trucks?

No. We work with independent truck owners and fleet operators we have vetted, so we can match the right truck to each job.

How do you choose carriers?

We check vehicle and driver documents, ask for references and run a trial load before regular work.

How do I get a quote?

Send us the cargo type, the pickup and drop-off locations, and the date you need it moved. Use the form on the shippers page or message us on WhatsApp.

How does payment work?

Payment terms for shippers and carriers are agreed in writing before a job starts.

Have cargo to move?

Tell us the route and the cargo. We will come back with a plan and a price.
